This page, together with the documents referred to on it sets out the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.web-chef.co.uk(Web-Chef), whether as a guest or a registered member. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Web-Chef site. By using Web-Chef you accept these terms of use and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using Web-Chef.

1. Web-Chef reserve the right to refuse any business.
2. Any website found to be displaying images or text of a criminal or indecent nature will be reported to the Authorities, & the website will be disabled. No refunds will be given.
3. No refunds will be made for unused periods.
4. Web-Chef will use its best endeavours to achieve 99.9% uptime on its servers, however, Web-Chef will not be liable for any loss of income, or any other action that might arise, in the event that your website or e-mail facility is unavailable.
5. You use Web-Chef at your own risk.
6. Whilst Web-Chef will endeavour to remind you to renew your domain name never-the-less Web-Chef takes no responsibility for renewal of a domain name.
7. If you upgrade to a package you will be charged from the start of the following calendar month. All upgrades run for the length of the initial purchase.
8. We operate a fair usage policy. We reserve the right to alter a customers pricing if their usage of our resources is greater than expected.
9. You will not be permitted to transfer your Web-Chef website to another web hosting supplier, as it requires the source code of the Web-Chef software to work. The source code is not included in any sale made by Web-Chef.  The source code will not be provided and the intellectual property rights remain with Web-Chef.
